Standard cancellation |
| The following cancellation policy is not valid during all peak times |
| which fall into the periods of trade fairs and the Octoberfest |
|
Cancellation is free of charge until 2 days prior to arrival. |
|
A cancellation clock to 12:00 on day of arrival 50% of the reservation will be charged. |
|
In case of later cancellation 100% of the reservation will be charged. |

Exhibition - / Event Cancellations |
| The following cancellation policy is valid during the trade fairs in |
| Munich, and during the Octoberfest. |
| The Cancellation is possible until 14 days prior to arrival. In case |
| of cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival the hotel may charge |
| 50% of the total accommodation price. |
| After that date may be charged up to 100% of room rate. |
